Hazel Mountain Raw Cacao nibs are made using the rare Criollo bean, which accounts for 1% of the world cacao. The Criollo bean has distinctive complex taste which can include flavours of caramel, nuts, vanilla.
Pure unprocessed cacao beans hand sorted, cracked and winnowed in the Burren and ready for use.
